Person-centered life skills support for adults
in college and beyond!

Whether it’s challenges with organizing your work or living space, anxiety around communicating with others, struggles with completing daily life tasks, or just feeling stuck - I can help.

*We’ve all been there, but here’s a little secret: EVERYONE struggles with aspects of real life - everyone. You’re not alone!

About me :

I have over 20 years of experience teaching, training, and mentoring teens and adults in outdoor, educational, community-based, and employment settings.

I have historically supported neurodivergent individuals in a person-centered, intuitive, holistic, outside-the-box manner while providing both ample, safe learning opportunities AND real-world practice, but I work with ANYONE who feels that they need a little extra life support.

I’m a compassionate, judgement-free mentor who will help normalize your experience and set goals WITH you, not FOR you.  We will set goals that work for you (not that person sitting next to you).

“I’ve always struggled with figuring out how to navigate the job-hunting process.  Amy helped me prioritize the many steps it took to choose, apply, and interview for the job I’ve now had for three years.  When I had a hard time completing new-employee paperwork and setting up my insurance, she helped me with that too.”

“Amy supported me with patience and encouragement, helping me face situations—like scheduling appointments with my advisor—that once felt overwhelming. Her steady presence gave me the confidence to take steps I never thought I could take.
